Reiki is such a wonderful treatment for our mental health be it stress anxiety depression
And it helps to ease pain but should never replace Traditional medicine or Treatments from your Dr
It helps young people too if there feeling pressure from exams or being bullied
It also benefits animals too as they can get separation anxiety be nervous especially if having been through trauma, and help them with pain
I regularly gave my staffie a Reiki session towards the end of his life as he had Cancer 😪and it kept him relaxed
Each session is an Hour Long with animals it could be less as usually when they have had enough they may walk away but they respond to it well

Over these past few years of being a Usui Reiki Practitioner I've integrated Reiki into my life every day, saying the Reiki principles
Just for Today I will let go of Anger
Just for Today I will let go of Worry
Just for Today I will be Grateful
Just for Today I will be kind to my neighbours and every living thing
It's not always easy as things happen in life that have made me worry but then I remember I have Reiki and can give myself a session to help bring me back into balance and peace
I Reiki my food and drink
I I use the symbols in certain situations if I'm travelling or going to be in a certain environment to help keep myself and others safe
Reiki helps calm the mind, helps with our wellbeing brings clarity and direction
It's made me so much stronger and got me through things I don't know how I would have if it wasn't for Reiki
