Taurine is often described as a brain-calming compound, and in some studies it shows anti-seizure and nervous system supporting effects. 🧠

But when it comes to supplements, the results are inconsistent. Sometimes there’s no noticeable effect, and other times the benefits are only short-lived.

So what actually works❓

As a nutritional therapist, I always start with food first. Getting adequate taurine from REAL food sources is not only more cost-effective, but often the most reliable way to support your body’s natural balance.

Food is medicine...and the real foundation is variety, quality, and consistency. 🌿

They’re partners with different strengths. When and work together, the results can be incredibly powerful 💪🏻

Too often, both sides criticise each other. But in my experience, the best outcomes happen when open-minded professionals put patient care before ego 🙌
