We are incredibly proud to celebrate our very own Andrew, who represented Ultima Care & Nursing in the Grand Final of Homecareβs Got Talent 2026 β and received a thoroughly deserved Highly Commended recognition! ππ
Homecareβs Got Talent is a nationwide competition supported by the Homecare Association, created to celebrate the remarkable talents of homecare workers from across the UK. It gives people working in care an opportunity to step into the spotlight and be recognised for who they are β both on and off the job.
Andrew did exactly that.
Through a powerful, creative and unforgettable performance, Andrew shared a message that reaches far beyond the stage:

π Not disabilities.
His performance spoke passionately about the importance of seeing the person first and standing up for those who have been let down by a lack of appropriate care and support.
That message sits at the very heart of Ultima Care. We believe every person deserves to be recognised as an individual, treated with dignity and supported to live a life that reflects who they truly are.
Andrew may not have taken home the overall title, but reaching the Grand Final of a nationwide competition and being Highly Commended is an outstanding achievement. More importantly, he used his moment in the spotlight to give a voice to something that matters enormously.
Andrew, your courage, creativity and passion made a lasting impression. You represented yourself, your colleagues and the values of Ultima Care brilliantly.
