Because we hear this more than you might think.
Maybe you left feeling like the therapist did not really listen to you. Maybe your skin reacted badly to something and nobody followed up to check you were okay. Maybe you felt rushed, or judged, or like you were just another body on the treatment bed. Maybe the results just were not what you were promised.Because trust is everything in this industry. And once it has been broken it takes something special to restore it.

So we just want to say this. We are sorry that happened to you. You deserved better. And we want to be the salon that shows you what better actually looks like. 💗

At Beyond Beauty we take your trust incredibly seriously. We listen properly before we do anything. We ask the right questions. We give you completely honest advice, even if that means telling you a treatment is not right for you right now. We follow up. We check in. You have absolutely nothing to apologise for. Nothing. 💗

Maybe they have been through it. Maybe they are bitten, peeling or just refusing to grow no matter what you try. Maybe life just got in the way for a while — and that is completely okay.

We have seen it all. And not once have we ever judged a single client for what they walked in with. 🌸

Can I be honest about something? Because I think this needs to be said. 💗

So many people never book that treatment they have been thinking about. Not because they do not want to. Not because they cannot afford it. But because they are nervous.

Nervous about walking into a salon for the first time. Nervous about not knowing what to say or what to ask for. Nervous about feeling out of place or judged

And they just never book. And that breaks my heart a little every single time. 🌸

Because here is what I want every single person who feels that way to know.

We were all first timers once. Every single one of our most loyal, long standing clients walked through our door for the very first time not knowing what to expect. Nervous. A little unsure. Wondering if they had made the right decision.

And every single one of them tells us the same thing afterwards.

I wish I had come sooner. 💗

At Beyond Beauty we will never make you feel out of place. We will never make you feel like you should already know what you want or what anything means. We will sit with you, talk with you and guide you through everything at your own pace. No pressure. No rushing. No judgement. Ever. 🌸
