✨ A little piece of feedback from last night’s Meditation & Cacao Ceremony ✨

“The meditation was beautiful, I went into a trance! The cacao was the creamiest, loveliest one I have had so far, and the energy protein balls were delicious! The location was perfect, the meditation was read beautifully and was so touching, and the gifts were so meaningful and special.

There was nothing that needed to be changed, added, or done differently than you did. Perfect. Thank you ###” 🤍

Creating these evenings is about so much more than simply holding a meditation or sharing a cup of cacao. It’s about creating a safe, beautiful space where we can slow down, connect, breathe, feel, and simply be.

Last night at our little allotment sanctuary was truly magical — surrounded by nature, with cacao, meditation, oracle cards, connection, laughter, a little fire and some very special moments shared together. 🌿🔥🤎

I feel incredibly grateful to everyone who trusted me enough to share the evening with me.

My heart is full with beautiful love. I have had such a lovely day, firstly enjoying a Lions Gate Portal fire and cacao ceremony (receiving rather than hosting) and then enjoying the beautiful company of friends for lunch. This little one stole my heart big time. I just wanted to constantly give him a big squeeze. Ever since he was in his mums tummy coming to me for treatments, I have felt a strong connection with him, and today was evident that I still feel that way towards him. ✨🌻. Connection is all around us, we don’t have to look or feel too far away from ourselves .

✨ What a beautiful evening of connection at the allotment. ✨

Nestled amongst nature, Juliet and I welcomed a lovely group of women to celebrate Lammas and honour the energy of the Lion’s Gate Portal.

Together we shared ceremonial cacao, dropped into a guided meditation, reflected with oracle cards, and as the sun began to set, gathered around a little fire to toast marshmallows and simply enjoy being together.

Sometimes the most magical moments are the simplest… slowing down, sharing stories, laughter, and remembering the power of community.

Thank you to everyone who joined Juliet and I and made the evening so special. My heart is full. 🤍✨

There’s something so grounding about spending a morning on our allotment. 🌱💚🌻

My lovely allotment buddy Juliet and I have been busy weeding, strimming, watering, and getting everything looking beautiful. There’s something so special about getting your hands in the earth… it slows you down, clears your mind and reminds you to be present.

As I was pottering around this morning, I couldn’t help but think about Friday’s meditation evening. Nature has such a gentle way of preparing us for stillness, and our allotment has inspired so much of the journey we’ll be sharing together.

From nurturing the soil to nurturing ourselves… it all feels beautifully connected. 🌿✨🌻

I can’t wait to welcome everyone on Friday for an evening of cacao, meditation, oracle cards and taking time to simply be.

To my regular clients, I do have space for a couple more if you wish to join us. Please DM me.

What a lovely evening. 💛

Thank you to everyone who joined me tonight for our cacao ceremony, oracle cards and sound bath as we embraced the gentle energy of the New Moon in Cancer.

There was such a beautiful feeling in the room as we took time to slow down, connect with ourselves and each other, and simply allow ourselves to be. From sharing cacao together, receiving the messages from our oracle cards, to completely relaxing into the sound bath, it was a reminder of just how important it is to make space for ourselves.

I’m so grateful to each of you for trusting me to hold this space and for bringing your wonderful energy.

I hope you all sleep deeply tonight, continue to nurture yourselves over the coming days, and let the intentions you’ve planted under this New Moon gently unfold.

I’m working in the hospital this morning. What a contrast in jobs from working in the NHS to hosting beautiful relaxing sound baths like I did last night. The combined energy of cacao with the sounds and vibrations is a truly wonderful experience. There is something words cannot always describe when I connect with 2 other ladies that shared their evening with me. There is just a knowing, a feeling of totally being at one with everything, allowing to be immersed with all of your surroundings. Simply beautiful. Have a wonderful day. I look forward to hosting another private sound bath later🌻🙏✨

I have spent the most wonderful morning at my allotment. What with working full time for the NHS, then treating my clients, holding events etc, I don’t always get to spend as much time at my allotment as I would like, so when I do, I appreciate it soooooo much. I love my allotment. Alongside my therapy room, my allotment is my happy place, somewhere to just be able to go to and sit and appreciate all my surroundings. The view across the Marsh, always different. Enjoy your Sunday 🙏✨❤️
