Hayley specialises in Facial and Foot Reflexology, Auricular Acupuncture and Ear Seeding. Hayley has advanced training in fertility, pregnancy, menopause and general wellbeing.

Hayley offers the following treatments:

👣 Reflexology for either the Feet or Face - £50 for 1 hr
👣 Reflexology Combination of Feet and Face - £60 for 1 hr
👂Auricular Acupuncture (Ear Accupuncture) & Reflexology - £70 1 hr

👂 Ear Seeding - £10 (add onto any treatment)
Ear seeding is a needle-free form of auriculotherapy (ear acupressure) based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, where tiny seeds/metal pellets are attached to specific ear pressure points, stimulating nerve reflexes and helping to regulate energy. They help to promote healing, manage chronic pain, reduce stress, and improve sleep.

What is Facial Reflexology?

Facial reflexology helps to improve health & wellbeing while leaving you with radiant skin and a healthy glow.

Facial reflexology, like foot reflexology aims to help your entire body function at its optimal level, with the unique addition of giving you a more radiant, firmer, glowing complexion which can have a really profound emotional benefit.

Facial reflexology focuses on reflex points on the face which help stimulate the body’s healing mechanisms, it improves circulation and nerve conduction, encouraging the release of toxins from the body via the lymphatic system. The close proximity to the brain and cranial nerves make it a very powerful and impactful treatment, particularly for headaches, migraines, sinus conditions, bruxism & bells palsy.

Stress at any level disturbs our physical, emotional and mental well-being which upsets the body’s natural balance.
