It’s not about emptying the mind or doing it perfectly, but about noticing our thoughts, feelings, and sensations with awareness and kindness. Through meditation, we create space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves.”

Meditation takes place in the big room up stairs at the centre, pillows, mats and blankets are provided.

Hopi Ear Candling

Hopi ear candles are a safe, effective way to treat all manner of aliments. Used to treat excessive build up of ear wax, sinus problems, tinnitus, headaches, cold and flu symptoms and lack of balance. Also great for pre-flight to help alleviate the ‘popping’ sensation.
Following completion of the Candling you can relax whilst receiving a facial massage to cleanse the lymphatic pathways.
