It’s not about emptying the mind or doing it perfectly, but about noticing our thoughts, feelings, and sensations with awareness and kindness. Through meditation, we create space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves.”

Meditation takes place in the big room up stairs at the centre, pillows, mats and blankets are provided.
