I’m leaving feeling grateful, grounded and carrying a little piece of this experience home with me.

Sometimes the journey is just as meaningful as the destination.
Today I'm travelling to Glastonbury with an open heart, ready to embrace whatever this experience brings.

Today plans changed.

Solo parenting means flexibility... and sometimes a little extra patience.

I'm so grateful for my family stepping in today...Sister to the rescue. ❤️

I took a moment with a cup of ceremonial cacao to help myself reset and realign.
Cacao is my pause.

Some days don't go to plan.
