We're bringing you the perfect cosy autumnal workshop, combining floral design with a grounding seasonal-inspired meditation session.

What to expect from Sage & Soul...

🌻 Floristry Workshops - I wanted to keep the creative floral element, and will be offering floristry type workshops, combined with mindfulness.

🧠 Mindfulness & Wellbeing - Our workshops will be focussed on mindfulness; slowing down, taking for yourself, and bring intentional.

🧘🏻‍♀️Guided Meditation - As well as combining creativity with meditation to create a mindful, calm space in workshops, I will also be offering focussed meditation sessions.

✨ A Safe Space for Women - All workshops and sessions will hold safe space for women, without judgement, where you can come together with other like-minded women and create connections, or just take some time for yourself.

Introducing...

Sage & Soul | Floristry & Wellbeing 🌀✨

When my daughter was born, I made the choice to pause Rock & Bloom Florist. Between a full-time job, caring for a baby, and managing wedding floristry, life became a bit of a juggling act—and spending precious time with my daughter became my priority.

Then, in October last year, my world changed forever when I lost my beautiful sister. Following such a loss, I made the decision to step away from my 14-year career in marketing to take space to heal and reflect.

While my sister was in the hospital, she asked me a question that stuck with me: What do you actually *want* to do? She told me I should follow my dreams, and together, we came up with the name Sage & Soul.

This next chapter I will be stepping out of my comfort zone, but it is going to be my way of honoring my sister, honoring my own passion, and bringing something gentle, creative, and grounding to life.

I’ve been working on some things behind the scenes, and I can’t wait to share what’s coming next… 👀🌱

Meditation isn't about clearing your mind, it's a long-term practice using slow, intentional breath to give your body the space it needs to rest, repair, and restore balance.

Kirsty was the first bride to book me for their wedding when I started as 'The Autumn Florist', so this one will always be a special one for me! She wanted autumnal colours, but gave me free reign to do what I thought was best. I used a mix of quicksand and cappuccino roses, some gorgeous latte Dianthus, biscuit amaranthus, fuego chrysanthemums and more to create a warm autumn palette, with some autumn foliage to add lots of different textures.
I'm so grateful that Kirsty put her faith in me for their gorgeous wedding 🧡🍂
