Mine hasn’t started great due to an injury, because of this I’ll not be massaging for a couple of weeks however I will be offering ...

The latest government announcement means I’m very excited to announce I’ll be taking bookings from Thursday 16th July! 🌟 🙌🏻
Things will be a little different but you’ll still receive the same great massage and the same great benefits!
This may be a little long (apologises) but please read ☺️
🌟You can still book your massage over Facebook or the phone. A £10 deposit will be required to secure your booking - made via bank transfer. The rest can be paid via bank transfer or cash on arrival.
🌟 Your pre-consultation will now be done over the phone instead of face to face, so I’ll be asking a few questions when you make your booking, more in depth questions if you are a new client. So I may need 5-10 minutes of your time.
🌟Before you leave home please consider whether you are experiencing any signs of Covid-19 and contact me ASAP to rearrange your appointment.
🌟Please bring with you your own bottle of water as I am temporarily unable to offer you one.
🌟Please arrive on time and leave all coats and bags in your car or at home.
🌟Please wear easy to remove clothing and avoid wearing jewellery.
🌟On arrival please wash your hands, you may be asked to wear a face mask depending on the type of massage. (A face mask can be provided for you)
🌟I will be wearing a full face shield, taking my temperature before each client and of course as always regularly washing my hands.
🌟 I will not be conducting any face massages or facials for now.
🌟 There will now be a 30 minute gap between clients so I can throughly clean my therapy room. Because of this and the extra PPE costs I’ve chosen not to increase my prices but to slightly reduce the massage time.
🌟50 minutes - £35
🌟80 minutes - £55
🌟 Special offer - 30 minute Foot massage only £20

Gift vouchers that have expired during lockdown I will honour through September & October to help me get back on track first.

Hi everyone, hope you’re all ok. 😊 I have a few clients who suffer or suffered from sciatica, so this may be useful.
If you aren't able to get out and about as much at this time or find yourself sitting down more, you may experience Sciatica. These excellent exercises on the NHS website are a great help. Practice for at least a week, they are very effective if the cause of your Sciatica is lack of movement. Note of caution: if you suspect that a slipped disc may be the cause, or you haven't had Sciatica before, do check with your doctor first

Exercises (with photos) to help relieve sciatica by mobilising the sciatic nerve and improving lower back flexibility.

Hi everyone, hope you’re all well and keeping safe. Sorry I’ve been quiet recently, like most people I’ve been trying to figure how my business will survive or can adapt to changes that I may need to take. However I’m now hopeful that my little business can see this through.
It’s a stressful time for many and self-care is top priority! We all have extra nerve endings in our hands, feet, head and face making them great areas to massage and feel the relaxing benefits, try it yourself or get your lockdown buddy to help 😄 💆🏼‍♀️
