🌷Spring refresh series starts tomorrow!
I am really looking forward to heading back to the studio tomorrow for the 1st week back after a little Easter break 🌷

This next 6 weeks of classes is all focused around a ‘spring reset’ series of themed classes. We will be focusing on themes such as ‘refresh your alignment’, and ‘postural reset’ in our mixed ability classes, and heading back to basics in the Beginners sessions. Each week a different Pilates principle will be the focus of the class- working on breath, centering, control and precision.

Beginners is fully booked for this upcoming block, but I have a few spaces remaining in Mixed Ability classes- so get yourself booked in to come and feel the benefits of Pilates done the APPI way 💖

⭐️Come along and give it a try- get moving- safely and with a strong focus on the core and building strength and stability.

Happy New Year!

I’m not going to shout out an unrealistic new year, new you post (as those kind of fitness habits are just a fad and rarely stick!) but just a simple thank you to all of you who have come to Pilates classes during 2025 and have booked into the January and February blocks. It’s a pleasure to teach you all and I genuinely love to see the progress and enjoyment you get from the classes.

It’s cold and wintery out there so our first week back will focus on getting our bodies moving again after the busy Christmas period and some nice gentle mobility and reminders of the Pilates basics 🙌🏼💖
