I always have a consultation with a new client prior to treatment, it’s essential my clients feel comfortable and we discuss their individual needs to I can devise a treatment plan.

There are occasions when I’m certain more specialist treatment is needed first, such as chiropractor or osteopath.

Sorry for the radio silence, but ive not long finished an amazing few days treating participants of a physical bootcamp in Yorkshire, it certainly kept me busy. (And very warm!🥵)
