Whatever it is, apparently I eat my way through it 😂

Holy s**t balls!

Haven’t done a mirror selfie for a while as the body dysmorphia demons have disappeared and my weight has been stable for months but wowzers!!

First time in my adult life my I’m not classed over overweight / obese / morbidly obese with BMI too 🥳

And I don’t even diet anymore 🤯

Getting up at 5:30am is HARD to get used to… but once you are, it’s soooo worth it 🙌🏼

The reality of a weight loss journey… 🙈

I’ve been an absolute greedy cow the last 4 days and I fully deserve the 2lb I’ve put on 😂

🍟 Chips on Thursday.
🍔 McDonald’s on Friday.
🥡 Chinese on Saturday.
🍽️ And today? I’m finishing strong with a massive roast dinner… goose fat roasties, buttery stuffing, mash loaded with butter, gravy made with all the meat juices… and there’ll probably be a bag of Giant Buttons for dessert too. 🤣

A few years ago I’d have been sat here hating myself. I’d convince myself I’d ruined everything and end up spiralling into weeks of bad eating.

Now?

Honestly… balls to it.

I don’t eat like this often. Clearly my body (or maybe just my soul 😂) fancied a proper blowout, so that’s exactly what it’s had.

Will the scales be up tomorrow? Absolutely. It’ll probably be more than 2lb once today’s food is added.

But do I care? Not really.

Because I know it’s temporary.

Tomorrow morning I’ll be straight back on the Shedables Ultra, back to my normal routine, back to my daily walks and drinking plenty of water. Within a week or two it’ll be gone, just like every other little blip has been.

This is the difference between a diet and a lifestyle.

You don’t have to be perfect.
