Full, juicy, beautifully defined lips 💋

You can have lip filler even if you already have volume.

The result: a plumper pout, hydrated lips with less lines, enhanced Cupid’s bow and balanced proportions as well

Because lip filler doesn’t have to be barely noticeable — sometimes you want the lips to be the feature.

Freshly treated, so swelling is present and the final result will soften as they settle.

Did you experience any of these pregnancy skin changes? If so, how did you manage them? I’m now pregnant with my second baby and noticing more skin changes this time than the first time! 💭✨

POV: You realise your SPF makes your skin look better than your foundation. ☀️✨

This is the one product I genuinely wear every single day.

If I’m working from home, popping to the shops, or just want my skin to look healthy without the effort, I skip foundation completely and reach for Obagi Tinted SPF instead.

It gives me that fresh, glowy, “I’ve actually slept 8 hours” look, evens out my skin tone just enough, and most importantly… I’m protecting my skin while I wear it.

One of my favourite things is that it doesn’t leave me with that chalky white cast that so many SPFs do. It comes in two shades and blends beautifully, even on my Asian skin.

It’s one of those products that quietly earns its place in your routine because you end up reaching for it every single morning.

What SPF are you loving this summer? ☀️🤍

No one really prepares you for what pregnancy can do to your skin.

One day it’s glowing. The next it’s breaking out, flushing, itching or suddenly covered in pigmentation.

The truth is, pregnancy affects almost every part of your skin. Hormones, blood flow, oil production and your immune system are all changing at the same time, so it’s completely normal for your skin to feel unfamiliar.

As both a GP and someone expecting my second baby, I’ve experienced many of these changes myself. I know how frustrating it can feel when your usual skincare routine suddenly stops working.

That’s exactly why I created this guide.

Inside, I’ve shared:
✨ What’s completely normal
✨ Which skin changes deserve a conversation with your GP or midwife
✨ Pregnancy-safe tips that can actually help

If you’re pregnant (or know someone who is), save this post so you’ve got it when you need it.

You don’t need bigger lips. You might just need better definition.

Not everyone wants more volume.

Sometimes you’re perfectly happy with the size of your lips, but over time they’ve become a little less defined, slightly asymmetrical, or your previous filler has softened or migrated.

In these cases, the goal isn’t to make your lips bigger.

It’s to restore crisp borders, improve balance and subtly refine what’s already there.

The result? Lips that still look like yours—just fresher, smoother and more beautifully defined.

If you’ve been putting off a top-up because you’re worried about looking “overfilled”, you’re exactly the type of patient I love treating.

Sometimes the smallest refinements make the biggest difference.

🤰 Pregnant? Before you buy another skincare product, read this first.

Pregnancy changes more than your body—it changes your skincare routine too.

Some of the most popular ingredients in anti-ageing and acne products aren’t recommended during pregnancy, while others are completely safe and can help you manage hormonal breakouts, pigmentation and skin sensitivity.

In this carousel, I’ve shared:
✨ Ingredients to avoid
✨ Pregnancy-safe alternatives that actually work
✨ Lesser-known ingredients many people forget to check for
✨ The products I’m personally using as an aesthetic practitioner and soon-to-be mum of two

One of the biggest mistakes I see? People only reading the front of the bottle.

The real story is in the ingredient list.

Save this post before your next skincare order—you’ll thank yourself later.
