I’m Liz Wilson — HNC-qualified, fully insured Complementary Therapist, and the heart behind Time to Unwind. My passion is creating space for you to relax deeply, release what you’ve been holding, and reconnect with your body through nurturing, intuitive touch. Every treatment is bespoke — shaped entirely around you in the moment. I blend techniques such as Swedish, hot stone, deep tissue, Thai foo

t massage, Reiki, cupping, and reflexology — weaving them intuitively so each session feels as though it was made just for you. I don’t charge by treatment type — only by time — so your session can unfold exactly as your body and mind need it to. Your options:

60, 90, or 120 minutes of personalised care, combining the techniques your body craves most. Add a Little Magic
An optional extra 30 minutes of bliss — your choice of:
• Reiki – gentle energy work to balance and restore
• Natural Face Lift Massage – a rejuvenating, tension-releasing facial massage
• Reflexology – soothing pressure-point therapy for the feet, encouraging harmony throughout the body

Smart watch data from reflexology yesterday… can you tell when the treatment happened from the graph? 👣🥰

Massage and reflexology can bring many physiological benefits, giving the body and nervous system a chance to truly rest ❤️

Safe, attuned touch can give the body an opportunity to soften that little bit more - supporting the release of feel good hormones, alongside changes within the body such as heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, and nervous system regulation.

Often healing happens when the body feels safe enough to soften, slow down, and restore 🙏🥰

As I have some availability in my end of March and April diary, I wanted to share one of my recent newsletter offerings with you.

Lately, I’ve been learning more about the power of silence and presence, and it inspired me to write this poem. Those who know me well will know I’m quite partial to putting pen to paper! ✍️ 💖

It reflects the kind of space I aim to offer in my treatments - a safe, attuned place to pause, soften, and gently listen to what your body might be holding.

Through body and face massage, reflexology, reiki, and cupping, I offer a quiet invitation to step out of the noise of everyday life, and into a calm space where you don’t need to do or be anything at all… only to receive.

I just wanted to share a quick note in case it’s helpful. Earlier this month it seems that a few emails sent to me didn’t arrive at my end, and I wasn’t aware until people kindly followed up. If you tried to get in touch in early December and didn’t hear back, I’m so sorry, I wasn’t able to see those messages.

Everything looks to be working again now 🤞 but if you ever message and don’t hear back within a couple of days, please feel free to nudge me or send a quick WhatsApp/text. I always want to make sure you’re able to reach me easily.

Over the past month, I’ve been experiencing life with minimal social media - and I’ve noticed such a positive shift in my energy, focus, and overall well-being.

I’m so grateful for the role social media has played in helping my business grow over the last seven years and connected me with so many wonderful clients. But I’ve decided to take this a step further and trial running my business without it for now. I’m not sure yet if it will be a permanent change, but I want to see if it’s a more viable and aligned way for me to work and connect.
