✨ It’s here!! ✨

As promised, here is my updated treatment menu, coming into effect from 1st October 2026.

I’ve taken the opportunity to simplify and refresh the menu, whilst also introducing two new treatments that I’m excited to bring to Reset Refresh Therapies, and I can’t wait to share more about!

✨ The Deep Reset - combining the soothing heat of hot stones with focused deep tissue techniques. Designed for those carrying stubborn muscular tension who need more than a relaxing massage.

✨ The Sculpting Facial - this is not just a facial, this is an experience. Incorporating specialised massage techniques designed to calm the nervous system, release facial tension and leave your skin looking refreshed and beautifully sculpted.

I’ll be sharing more about both of these treatments very soon!

A little update from Reset Refresh….

Over the last couple of years, Reset Refresh Therapies has continued to grow and evolve. I’ve invested in further training, treatments and products, while continuing to create a calm and welcoming space for you to come and switch off.

With this in mind, it’s been two years since I last reviewed my treatment prices, so I wanted to give you a little heads-up that from the 1st October, I’ll be introducing an updated treatment menu and prices.

I’ve kept the changes as considered as possible, and the new prices will help reflect the time, care and investment that I pour into every treatment.

I’ll also be taking this opportunity to refresh my facial offering and I’m very excited to be introducing a new Sculpting Facial to the menu - I can’t wait to share more with you! ✨

I’ll share the full updated treatment menu very soon, with the new prices coming into effect from 1st October 2026.

Any appointments already booked at the time of this announcement will of course, be honoured at the current price.

Here’s a quick guide:

Swedish Massage
For general relaxation, easing everyday tension and feeling like you need a proper switch-off.

Deep Tissue Massage
For those areas that are feeling particularly tight or troublesome and need a bit more focused work.

Hot Stone Massage
For deep relaxation, warmth and easing tension with the added benefit of heated stones.

“I didn’t realise how much I needed that.”

Is one of the comments I hear most often after a treatment.

Life gets busy, and it’s easy to carry on without noticing how tense, tired or overwhelmed we’re feeling. We often put ourselves at the bottom of the list and just keep going.

Granted an hour spent relaxing won’t make the washing disappear or shorten the to-do list….if only!! But it can give you some time to yourself, to clear your head, ease tired muscles and leave feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the day head on!

This is my favourite place, and it can be your favourite place too ✨

Life can feel like a constant to-do list. Between work, family, school runs and everything else, finding time for you often ends up at the bottom of the list.

Creating a calm space where you can switch off, even for an hour, is one of the reasons I love what I do.

Whether it’s a massage to ease tired, achey muscles or a facial designed to help you relax, reset and glow, my aim is always the same: helping you leave feeling lighter than when you arrived.
