Just had a text out of the blue from a new client who came in yesterday afternoon. He'd broken his ribs and also damaged ligaments in the area over a year ago on a Snowboarding holiday.
He hasnt been sleeping well for ages due to continually waking up in pain.
We targeted the area with hands on targeted deep tissue massage, heat plus vacuum & silicone cups.
