This weekend we've got great beer, cocktails, cold drinks and total sunshine throughout our opening hours. And our beer garden is the perfect place to enjoy these drinks, see planes, trains and automobiles, meet tourists from all over the world or simply watch the world go by.

This morning I sat and listened to some beautiful music my friend sent me. It took me to a gentle feeling of inner peace. Time to sit and reflect on what we are grateful for and how happy it makes you.
Reiki will help to bring you to that place of peace and awareness of what is good around you. It’s all in you x💫✨

So today I had a lovely client. The energy flowed with lots of colour. I used sound therapy to help heal some muscle pain along with the reiki. A real treat for me to work on such special people.

It’s been ages since I posted on my page, a very busy few months. I have some lovely clients. I am so honoured to be able to share reiki with you all in the comfort of my therapy room. Reiki healing is a gateway to a new way of living, balancing the body mind and spirit. I also add sound healing to my therapies which touches every part of our being. Indian head massage another therapy which helps with headaches, migraines, general wellbeing and I’m excited to say Thai foot massage will be coming in December so watch this space.
