I am currently looking for anyone interested in receiving a soft tissue massage to practice my techniques, if you are interested please get in touch via direct message to book an appointment as soon as lockdown is lifted. Also please feel free to share this post to help get the word out.

I can assure you I would be beneficial for anyone currently experiencing aches or pains from working from home in incorrect office chairs , new home gym starters who haven't got the correct help with form or posture, that are experiencing muscle sorness or aches and even those who lockdown has affected mentally and our struggling with stress from isolation and lack of sleep.

After completing my Induction course in soft tissue massage last year , I have enrolled and am currently studying my level 5 diploma in soft tissue massage at
Oxford School of Sports Massage.

With included Injury prevention and rehabilitation in sport and day to day injuries. Including back pain , all round muscle soreness , osteoarthritis, stress , nervous tension and many others.
