Although Christmas may feel a little way off, we wanted to give you plenty of notice of our Annual Christmas Memorial Service.

Christmas can be a particularly poignant time when we are remembering someone we have lost. Our annual memorial service offers an opportunity to come together, reflect, and remember those who remain forever in our hearts.

We warmly invite families and friends who have lost a loved one to join us for remembrance, reflection and togetherness, with readings, Hymns and refreshments.

Our Grief Café - today and every first Wednesday of the month.

If you are living with the loss of someone important to you, we warmly invite you to join us at our Grief Café.

This is a safe, welcoming space where you can meet others who understand grief, share your experiences if you wish, or simply listen over a cup of tea or coffee. There is no pressure to talk—come just as you are.

Date: first Wednesday of each month.
Time: 10.00am - 12.00noon
Venue: cafe at S St Mary the Virgin, Aylesbury

Whether your loss is recent or many years ago, you are welcome.

This is a beautiful idea 🌹

As our Crematoria and Cemeteries Team start to look ahead to September, when we will celebrate Chilterns Crematorium's 60th anniversary, we would like to share a meaningful opportunity for families to participate in remembrance.

A limited number of Memorial Roses are available to be purchased. They will be placed in our gardens, just outside by the Book of Remembrance. Each rose can be labelled with the name of a loved one, providing a simple, personal tribute.

The roses will remain in place, free of any lease charge, until the anniversary event, at which time families will be invited to collect them and take them home.
