Apparently, sausage rolls are now an acceptable form of payment… 👀😂
A very kind patient gifted me these homemade sausage rolls today and I’m not going to lie, they may be the best “thank you” I’ve ever received! 🥐😍

Who needs a five-star review when you can be bribed with pastry? 😂
