⭐ Our new clinic is nearing completion and is looking amazing, we hope to be opening the doors as early as next week!

It's been a challenge.. but it has been worth every second.

From February there will be another Chiropractor joining us under the same roof, but don't worry- we are still based on giving specific low force techniques which are comfortable to receive. AND from March we are excited to introduce Photobiomodulation therapy (Cold/ Low Level Laser) for you!

I have so much gratitude to the people who have supported the process- Andy with a wealth of knowledge and experience in building, who's been ticking along making this dream a reality. Thank you also Jean-Paul for dedicating weekends contributing your time and for generally being amazing. Jen for your design skills and Dell and Colin for your continued professional services. A quick notification to all of you receiving chiropractic care. As you know Michelle Hodges has been holding the fort while I have been on leave, she has been getting such a great response we have decided she will be with us for a more permanent fixture.

I'm also pleased to announce I am officially back on Saturday mornings, excited to be back, with a view to open on Thursday evenings at the months end for those who can't make morning appointments.

Charlotte (our sports therapist) is also more flexible with evening appointments in the week!

Feedback Friday

"I am a marathon runner and ex- boxer; RAF + Combine Services Champion and twice ABA (Armature Boxing Association) Semi finalist. My best Marathon time was 2.25.44, I am now close to 60 years old and targeting London 2018 to run 2.45.0 and try to be the 1st over 60 vet!

The adjustments were painless and subtle, I did not expect too much, I thought the treatment was too gentle (A mistake by me, I was sore later that evening).

I ran a season best time on my 04:00 6 mile run, I was much more relaxed in the arms and shoulder and my stride length felt smoother. After my second treatment I feel I am running much smoother, stronger, steadier and quicker. I cannot judge my speed work because it has been very windy but overall impressed."
