If you’ve been wanting to try yoga but feel intimidated by fast-paced or all-levels classes, our upcoming 6-Week Beginners Yoga Course in Thame was made just for you. No experience needed.

This course is perfect if you:
-Have zero or very little yoga experience
-Feel stiff, stressed, tired, or unfit
-Want a supportive environment without the pressure of an all-levels class

Over the 6 weeks, you’ll learn how to:
-Move with more ease, improve your balance, and gently boost strength
-Reduce stress, improve your sleep, and carve out much-needed time for yourself
