I don't know where the time is going this year .. anyway ...
As most of you know by now , we do 3 day fasts at the end of every month..
This month Darren and myself will be attempting a 5 day water only fast.
Anyone wanting to join us are welcome to Dm us to be added to the support group. We will start on the 25th, but you guys can join us or start on the 27th for a 3 day.
