I used to have a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. That was until I discovered what to do about it! With a lot of research, I have developed a method that is simple and hugely effective. Gentle exercises that really releases the tension. What a difference that makes!! Classes are running every Tuesday 7.15pm-8.30pm at the RBLI Community Hall in Aylesford. Trial class available.
