Yesterday we visited one of the oldest pubs in Scotland — tucked away by Loch Lomond, and famous for being properly haunted.

As a medium, walking in there was an experience in itself — the energy, the history, the atmosphere.

Yesterday we took a drive — no real plan, just the open road and Loch Lomond along the way.

There’s something about wide skies and still water that puts everything back into perspective. Sometimes the best kind of therapy doesn’t come from a session, it comes from getting in the car and just… going.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed today, maybe this is your sign to slow down, breathe, and remember how much beauty is still out there waiting for you.
