Hi 👋 , just a wee post to say the clinic will be closed Monday 15th June and reopen Monday 29th June.

I’m off to the World Cup 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿😊🌎🏆.

The clinics actually full till then unless I get some cancellations 🙏🫡.

To my big Geordie loving pal. You’re definitely one in a million Steve and I’m very grateful to have worked alongside you for many years both at Rangers and our jobs before in the NHS. You gave me the chance to part of your team in Professional Football and I wouldn’t be the Physio I am today without you passing on your knowledge, enthusiasm and down right hard work.
We had some brilliant pre seasons (Shem Creek 😁🙌) and days / nights away.

So I’ve ran just under 250 km for the month of April running every day sometimes twice a day with Joanne ❤️🙏…

It’s with a running club called WolfTuna 🐺🐠 that’s been started in Ayr by Joe Zonfrillo..( orginated in Galsgow ).

It’s been fantastic and really motivating to say the least.

So I’ll probably keep the run streak going as got the endorphin addiction now 😂🏃…

So if you fancy a run with some good chat come along but don’t run with Joe his patters murder 😂😂💪👊..
