Let us help you take the pressure of your shoulders and show you quick, easy ways of sorting that clutter once and for all in a supportive and calm environment.

Flourish at 14 Sandgate we have a fabulous Workshop this Thursday for anyone with ADHD who struggle with clutter in the house.

🌿We will look at the reasons clutter becomes an issue for those with ADHD and hold space.

🌿Learn how to reframe thoughts around clutter and tackling it.

🌿 Experience a live demonstration from Organise With Jen on brilliant ways you can tackle clutter for good that you can immediately put into practice on the day and at home.

🌿All carried out in a beautiful, safe environment supporting being open about the challenges, being kind to yourself and seeing the light at the end of the tunnel with effective practical tips to take away.
