I've completely fallen out of love with social media if you hadn't guessed 🫠 and even though I have so much to say about how amazing reflexology is and how it's helped so many clients and friends, I really haven't been bothered about posting (I'm awful at running a business 😂 I just want to do the REAL work 🦶🏻💆🏻‍♀️).

Thank you to all my amazing clients who keep booking, healing and sharing their darkest secrets with me. I appreciate your time and for letting me be a part of whatever journey you're on (be it divorce, menopause, loss, general life stress or simply on your way to grab a coffee 😂). Not forgetting my mini clients who bring me just as much joy... every wriggle butt, neurodivergent fireball and anxiety ridden diamond that walk through the door make my day brighter ☀️

Enjoy the sunshine this week ❤️ if I'm not treating you I'll be out in the garden barefoot, talking to my flowers (that's where we are at currently 🫠😵‍💫🫩🫣🤯).

Foot, cranial & facial reflexology. A time to relax and rebalance or relax and have a natter while I work away any niggles. The bed can be heated too if you fancy it, even if it's sunny and warm. And you can have a blanket! You'd be surprised how many clients have a blanket even if it's warm outside. You can also have the fan blasting you too if you're feeling warm. The possibilities are endless 🤣
