🐾 Meet our newest studio assistant 💛

Coco has been popping into classes this week, offering moral support, tail wags, and the occasional savasana cuddle. Honestly… best feedback we’ve ever had.

Our studio’s been feeling extra cosy lately — soft lights, slow stretches, friendly faces (and sometimes a furry one).

If you’re local or visiting the Peak District and looking for a welcoming place to move, breathe and feel good, we’d love to see you on the mat.
