Aura sprays have always been a huge part of my work. I use them within my Sound Healing, Reiki and Energy Healing sessions to clear the space, set intention, support the energy of the session and create that little ritual of coming back to yourself.

For a long time, I’ve had ideas in my head for the kind of sprays I wanted to use with my clients… so being able to work alongside Caoimhe and actually bring those ideas to life has been a bit of a dream. 🥹💜

Caoimhe is the woman behind The Wildest Woman and has such a gorgeous passion for natural skincare, oils and self-care. Her ethos is all about keeping things as natural as possible, understanding what our skin actually needs and creating products with intention.

Together, we’ve combined my love and knowledge of energy healing, chakras, sound and ritual with Caoimhe’s knowledge of natural ingredients, essential oils and beautiful handmade products to create something that feels very us. ✨
