A Reiki Sound Bath is a unique and powerful healing experience that combines the principles of Reiki with the therapeutic effects of sound.

Reiki aims to restore balance and facilitate the body's natural healing processes by clearing energetic blockages. 

It has a calming + grounding effect, enhancing the flow of energy throughout the body.

Combined with the vibrational frequencies of sound healing this experience will balance your energy and soothe and reset your nervous system allowing you to find a place of clarity, peace and deep rest and restoration.

Spaces are limited in this class due to the hands on element of Reiki.
