📬 Have you received a letter from PCSE or the NHS asking you to confirm your address?

Please don't ignore it!

The NHS and Primary Care Support England (PCSE) regularly carries out list cleansing to help ensure GP practice records are accurate and up to date. This helps make sure important letters, appointment information and screening invitations reach the right people.

If you receive a letter asking you to confirm your address, please follow the instructions and respond as soon as possible.

✅ If your details are correct, simply confirm them.
🏠 If you've recently moved, let us know and update your address promptly.

If you do not respond, PCSE may remove you from the Practice without you knowing it. If you get removed, you will not be able to get an appointment with a GP until you re-register.

This month is ❤️
Many people are unaware that they have high blood pressure, which rarely has noticeable symptoms. But if untreated, it increases your risk of serious problems such as heart attacks and strokes.
The only way to find out if your blood pressure (also called hypertension) is high is to have your blood pressure checked.
You can get your blood pressure checked at your local pharmacy or contact the practice to book an appointment
