🎧 Introducing the Highmarket House Silent Disco! 🎶
Today we welcomed a brand-new activity to Highmarket House, and what a fantastic success it was! ❤️ This really was unique💯

With headphones in place, our residents were transported through the music of their lives — singing along, dancing, reminiscing and, most importantly, sharing plenty of smiles and laughter. 💃🕺😊

It was wonderful to see everyone getting involved and enjoying themselves. Music really does have a special way of bringing people together, creating memories and putting a smile on everyone's face.

Safe to say… the Silent Disco is here to stay! 🎧🎶❤️

Tomorrow, marks the official "Grand Relaunch" of Highmarket House Care Home. An excuse for us to have a celebration where we welcome all into Highmarket to show the work that has been put into upgrading our home.

Whether you’re a relative or friend of ours already, or a new local business or resident, perhaps a local professional or stakeholder, we would love to see you.

Expect complimentary food and refreshments, and get a taste of our kitchen, entertainment and activities, a showcase of the care home facilities and its interior, a complimentary tour, an opportunity to meet staff, residents and other businesses. At the heart of the town, we are looking forward to hosting our local community.

🚴‍♀️🎶 Spinning, exercise, smiles and plenty of fun! 🎶🚴‍♂️

Today’s spinning and exercise session was thoroughly enjoyed by our residents. They pedalled their hearts out and created such a fantastic atmosphere, with plenty of encouragement, smiles and laughter along the way! 💪😁

And of course, we couldn’t finish without a good old sing-song and quiz! 🎤🧠
Another brilliant session with our residents — exercise, friendship and a whole lot of fun! ❤️

🎶😁 What a laugh we had today! 😁🎶
Today’s games with the residents turned into a proper morning of fun, laughter and entertainment!

We even had Tom treating us all to a little singing 🎤👏, while our newest residents jumped right in, joining the fun, laughing and getting to know everyone. Our husband and wife team were in attendance 🏆

It was fantastic to see everyone getting involved and enjoying themselves. Smiles, laughter and a great atmosphere all round! ❤️😊

What a wonderful session today! 🎶🎉
Games, disco music, plenty of laughs, and lots of positive comments from our residents made for a fantastic afternoon.

Seeing everyone smiling, joining in, and enjoying each other's company is what it's all about.

And to top it all off... there was even a handstand at 58 years young! 😂💪
Safe to say Laurel & Hardy were definitely in the house today! 😆

Saturday Spinning Smiles
It’s Saturday, so the Table Top Spinning Club were out in force! 🚴‍♀️💪

Smiles, plenty of conversation and, most importantly, great friendships being made along the way. ❤️

And then there’s our resident Kath… she’s invented her very own version of spinning, and let’s just say she’s been giving it 💪👍👍!
Another fantastic session at Highmarket House, proving that keeping active, having fun and doing it together really does make a difference. 👏😊

With beautiful views, fresh air and plenty of smiles along the way, it was the perfect opportunity to relax, enjoy each other’s company and take in the scenery. 🥰
