One of the things we hear most often is:
People often say these things as though they need to apologise.
But life isn't something that happens outside of yoga. Yoga was always meant to meet us in the middle of it.
The joyful seasons. The exhausting ones. The weeks when practice feels effortless, and the months when simply getting through the day is enough. None of it puts you further away.
Yoga isn't a race, and there isn't a perfect attendance record waiting at the end.
The practice isn't about never stepping away. It's about learning that you can always return.
Whether you've been away for two weeks, two years or twenty, you don't have to start from the beginning.
You simply begin from where you are today.
If today feels like the right day, we'd love to welcome you.
And if it doesn't, that's okay too.
We'll still be here when you're ready.
