My acupuncture training has taken me to China and Japan to learn the use of the classical 9 needles.
Two of these are for surgical use only in a hospital setting but the other seven can be used in clinic.
The teishin and enshin are two needles I use all the time in my clinic.
Part of my training in Japan was a masterclass in advanced teishin use.
