With or Without You

With or Without You We are a Banbury based support group for the partners of people with autism or ADHD. I am a Level 4 Integrative Counselling Student.

I became interested in those impacted by autism through my work and came to realise that there is very little local support for partners of autistic people. So a small group of us decided to set up a support group to fill that gap. Our aim is to connect individuals to provide information, support and hope. We meet on the last Saturday of the month. Meeting Format:
1 hour (Presentation & discussion)
30 minutes (Coffee & a chat)
Optional 30 minutes (Christian Bible talk & prayer)

It can be daunting to join a new support group, so many questions "Will they understand me? Will they judge me? Will I be forced to speak out?" WOWU offers a safe, non-judgemental space for all. When you join us you will sign a confidentiality statement & must agree to the house rules. This keeps us all safe. If you've been thinking of joining, but are still unsure, please reach out, tell us how we can help. Our sessions are always free and include a cup of tea or coffee with biscuits.
