We are excited to introduce - Heather Leckie – Senior Carer

Heather is a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced care professional with over 26 years of experience in the care sector.

Throughout her career, she has worked in care homes, hospitals, and within people's own homes, supporting individuals with a wide range of needs. These diverse experiences have helped her develop strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for providing high-quality care.

Heather is a friendly and approachable person who enjoys working as part of a team. Building positive relationships with both colleagues and the people she supports, she believes that teamwork, respect, and effective communication are key to delivering the best possible care.

Heather takes great pride in helping others maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life, and is committed to making a positive difference every day.

Every bedroom at Raemoir Manor features a modern wet room ensuite, but we know many of our residents will still love a relaxing soak.

If the stress of getting in and out of a tub has taken away that joy, we are here to help.

Raemoir Manor is proud to have six assisted baths that make bathing safe, comfortable, and stress-free.

The only decision left for our residents will be picking their favorite bubble bath scent! ✨

Zoë is a Registered Nurse with over 10 years of experience delivering compassionate, person-centred care across a variety of healthcare settings.

Zoë’s professional background includes general nursing and supporting individuals living with dementia, with a strong commitment to promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life. Zoë takes a holistic approach to care, building trusted relationships with individuals and their families while ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are fully supported. She is passionate about providing safe, respectful, and high-quality care, Zoë is dedicated to helping people feel valued, empowered, and supported in achieving the best possible outcomes.

Helen is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and is looking forward to supporting residents, families and colleagues alike. She is excited to help create a warm, welcoming and compassionate home where everyone feels valued, respected and cared for.

Arturs approach as Head Chef is centred around the idea that every detail matters, from the preparation and quality of each dish to the way the team works together during busy periods.

Artur is incredibly passionate about ensuring that the dining experience at Raemoir Manor is nothing short of exceptional. He is excited to work closely with our residents to create person-centred, inclusive menus that reflect individual preferences, dietary needs, and favourite dishes. Artur believes that great food brings people together and is committed to making every mealtime enjoyable, meaningful, and something our residents can look forward to each day.
