PRACTICE CLEANER
Part-time evening work - 15 hours per week – permanent contract

Are you passionate about cleanliness and take pride in your work?

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team.

Duties include cleaning our clinic and treatment rooms, offices and public areas to ensure the highest level of cleanliness is maintained throughout the practice.

Previous cleaning experience is advantageous, however full training will be provided for the successful candidate.

You will need to be flexible, committed, have good communication skills and have a positive attitude to your work. The ability to work well independently and to contribute effectively as part of the team.

The working week schedule is Monday to Friday, from 6pm until 9pm, and candidates must be able to commit to these specific working arrangements.

Join our Team - Receptionist

We are looking for a cheerful, efficient and enthusiastic individual to work within our busy team.

As a Receptionist the ability to multi-task, remain calm under pressure and think on your feet is essential. You must also possess an excellent memory and have meticulous attention to detail. No experience is necessary but previous use of Vision and working in a GP surgery would be advantageous.

We have a well-established, experienced practice team with a wealth of knowledge and expertise to support the successful candidate. We also offer excellent rates of pay and automatic enrolment into the NHS pension scheme.

Hours for the post are:

Monday 8.15am – 5.00pm
Tuesday 8.15am – 5.00pm
Wednesday –
Thursday 8.15am – 5.00pm
Friday 8.15am – 5.00pm

Duties will include:
• Receiving, assisting and directing patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way
• Offering assistance to the Practice team whilst projecting a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone
• Dealing with administrative queries and requests from patients/clinicians
• Arranging appointments via our clinical software
• Giving test results/messages to patients
• Dealing with Prescription requests
• Ensuring patient details are up to date
• Liaising with Community Pharmacy and other services

Essential Requirements:
• Thrive on being busy
• Computer Savvy
• Great team player
• Ability to work independently and use own initiative
• Excellent customer service

Following the withdrawal of funding by NHS Grampian of our previous listening service, it gives us great pleasure to announce that with the support of Banchory Rotary Club, Banchory Community Council and Maud Village Trust, we have a new "Listening Ear" service starting on August 6th!
