Good morning to you.

As you are aware, due to the Coronavirus, we have been asked to social distance.

It is with this in mind, I have decided not to work on a face to face basis.

I appreciate that this will be a challenging time for us all and for some may cause a great deal of angst and uncertainty.

It is at this time that support should be place. I am therefore happy to offer ‘Skype’ or ‘FaceTime’.

As you are probably aware this is Mental Health Awareness Week.

Often depression creates loneliness and isolation. If you know of someone who is suffering, take some time to ‘be’ with them. Just knowing that you are not on your own and that people do care can make such a difference.

Sadly there is not a magic cure to this illness but a good start is offering compassion and companionship.

I am not asking anyone to show they care through social media. Just ask yourself “if it were me, what would I need and how can I offer it to others”.
