Feeling stiff through your upper back and shoulders?
This is one of my favourite activation drills using nothing more complicated than a wall ball.
A lot of us spend the day sitting at a desk, driving or hunched over a phone, which can leave the thoracic spine feeling pretty locked up.
By gently mobilising this area, you can often help improve:
✔ Upper back mobility
✔ Shoulder movement
✔ Overhead positions in the gym
✔ General posture and comfort
Take your time with it.
Nice controlled movements.
No forcing the range.
Sometimes the best drills are the simple ones. 👌
