This popped up this morning and its something that has been on my mind a lot recently.
Time spent with people is so much better than scrolling on your phone or being 'busy'.
Making time to listen.
Making time to chat and catch up.
If you feel the nudge to see someone don't put it off.
Pick up the phone.
Get in the car.
Thats the rule of thumb in our marriage and it has been proved a wise decision over and over.

This is so true.
Hope that you all think so too!
Grief sneaks up on you when you least expect it.
Like a wave on the shore that looks like it won't do any damage to you as you walk along.... but powers up the beach and catches you out when you weren't prepared.
