This past Thursday I felt humbled to receive so many lovely gifts and words of thanks from the wonderful people who showed up for my final ‘Breathe in the Park’ session of 2026.

I hadn’t been sharing anything online from those weekly June & July sessions, but they felt really special and I wanted to share my thanks back to all those who took part, and to Ards and North Down Borough Council for funding this for a third year in a row.

I’d love to continue running these sessions, but this chapter of life is calling me to focus on my family and my own health for the time being. If you’re disappointed to have missed out and interested in joining a one-off indoor session, please reach out to let me know.

A final extra special thanks to Holly, Emma, Bert and Levi for joining at the start and end of many of this Summer’s sessions, and for taking these photos, and a thank you for Dylan, Jenna and Sarah for all the help in making this happen.

This evening it felt really special to kick off the third Summer of ‘Breathe in the Park’ - a weekly series of 1hr outdoor breathwork sessions made possible by Ards and North Down Borough Council.

This picture came from one of the previous years - tonight we were under the bandstand in the walled garden due to the weather, but that’s just one of the variables that keeps things interesting week to week.

These are small, intimate sessions using breath, sound, and body-focused techniques to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, reconnect with yourself beneath the noise of everyday life, and bring that sense of peace back into your day-to-day.
