✨Last week I had the incredible privilege of spending a day at Queen's University anatomy lab.✨
As a sports massage therapist, opportunities like this are truly rare — and I don't take that lightly for a single second.
It was humbling to learn directly from the body, to see and feel the structures I work with every day.
What made the day even more special was sharing it with familiar faces, from people I work with (.recovery.bangor )to those from previous courses, and getting to meet so many brilliant new people along the way. The community within this field never fails to inspire me, I'll be starting the next stage of my own learning journey alongside .sportsmassage in January, which I'm very excited about 🙌🏼
Grateful doesn't even cover it. 🙏
A huge thank you also to Alex from and to Luke from for their talks during the afternoon session — Alex on hypermobility and Luke on fascia. Two fascinating topics which I hope to learn more from two engaging people.
