We have been busy behind the scenes over the past few weeks rebranding into
RECOVR Skin & Body Clinic with the idea of a more extensive treatment list focusing on skin health, muscle recovery and rehabilitation.

As part of that, we have introduced…

Despite expanding our treatments and continuing to invest in training, products and equipment, the only price increase is £5 on our 60-minute and 90-minute Deep Tissue Massage appointments. Every other existing treatment remains the same price.

Thank you to everyone who has supported RECOVR as it’s grown. Every booking, recommendation and review has helped make this next chapter possible.

Welcome our new therapist, Harry 👋🏼

“Hi, I’m Harry, and I’m excited to be joining the team as a Sports Massage Therapist. Alongside my work in sports massage, I am currently studying Physiotherapy, which allows me to combine evidence-based practice with hands-on treatment to help clients perform at their best. With over four years of gym experience, I have developed a strong understanding of training principles, injury prevention, recovery, and human movement.

My comprehensive knowledge of anatomy and passion for health and fitness enable me to provide tailored treatments that support performance, reduce pain, and aid recovery. I look forward to helping clients achieve their goals and maintain an active, healthy lifestyle.”

Harry will working every Wednesday and Saturday. We are very excited to welcome him as apart of the team🖤

The Evolution…

What started as RECOVR Sports Massage Therapy has grown into something bigger.

Over the coming weeks, RECOVR will transition into RECOVR Skin & Body Clinic- a space focused on skin, recovery and wellness.

Alongside sports massage, you’ll see the introduction of facials, skin analysis, wellness services and new ways to support your health beyond the treatment room.

This isn’t a change in values. It’s an expansion of what RECOVR stands for.

✨ Something new is coming to RECOVR…

Over the past few weeks I’ve been investing in new training, new treatments and a new direction for the clinic.

I’m excited to finally start introducing facials to the treatment menu.

Before the official launch, I’m looking for a small number of facial models throughout June.

These appointments will be available at a heavily discounted rate of £25 to cover product costs while I refine my protocols and gain hands-on practice.

Facials currently available:

A personalised treatment designed to cleanse, hydrate and refresh the skin.

✨ Brighten & Detox Facial
Designed to boost radiance, improve skin clarity and leave the complexion looking fresh and revitalised.

💆‍♀️ Lift & Sculpt Facial
A relaxing facial focused on facial massage techniques to promote a firmer, more sculpted appearance.

Appointments will take approximately 60-80 minutes and may occasionally run slightly longer while I continue perfecting the treatment experience.
