Our care at home services

Caremark (North Down, Ards & Belfast) offers home care support services to any adult looking for care, support and assistance to continue living at home safely and comfortably in or around the above areas. Staff

All of our Care and Support Workers undergo our comprehensive Induction and Training programme before they are allowed to deliver care. They are all security checked with an Enhanced Access NI check and supporting references. We recognise that we are only as good as our dedicated team who deliver our service; therefore we continue to invest in them with further specialist training. 🌟Special Recognition for Care Assistant Zoe🌟

We are proud to recognise our care assistant, Zoe, for her compassion, quick thinking and dedication to helping others.

After finishing her shift, Zoe was driving home when she noticed a man lying on the footpath. Without hesitation, she pulled over to check if he was okay and found that he had fallen, hit his head and suffered a serious head injury.

Zoe immediately called an ambulance and stayed with him for over an hour and a half, providing reassurance and support until help arrived.

Her actions are a wonderful example of the kindness, compassion and commitment that make such a difference in our communities. We were delighted to present Zoe with a Special Recognition Certificate in recognition of her outstanding response.

Well done, Zoe. We are incredibly proud to have you as part of the Caremark NI team💙

🚨Would you know the signs of a stroke?

A stroke is a medical emergency, and recognising the symptoms quickly can make all the difference. Using the FAST test could help save a life:

🔹 Face – has one side of the face drooped?
🔹 Arms – can they raise both arms?
🔹 Speech – is their speech slurred or difficult to understand?
🔹 Time – call 999 immediately.
