Thought I'd share my new little greenhouse 🌱🌱😎😎😁😁

I've been hiding in here this last few weeks growing tomatoes, strawberries, peppers, courgette, herbs, as well as sunflowers, succulents etc 🌻🪴🌵

It's my wee hideaway at the bottom of the garden, I'm literally obsessed with it lol 🌿🍅🥒🍓. Love just sitting in here with a coffee ☕️, peace and quiet and it smells AMAZING...that earthy smell mixed with the scent of tomato plants 🌱👌😍

I had my 'lil helper at yoga this morning 🧘‍♀️🕉School closure day, so got to bring her with me for our Tuesday yoga clas...

My current schedule includes children's yoga in schools, public classes in The Haven and office yoga at lunchtimes. So lucky to have a lovely variety of classes to teach.

✨ I️n The Haven Yoga Studio, Bangor

✨️Tuesday mornings - 10.00 - 11.00 am
Thursday evenings - 6.30 - 7.30 pm

🌟 Hatha Flow Yoga, suitable for all abilities including beginners 🌛

✨️ Easy-going, friendly classes, no yoga experience necessary. Come along and try it out.

✨️ Slow-ish paced flow ... a gentle warm up, followed by strengthening standing postures and balance work, ending with relaxation. ✨✨✨

✨️ The Haven Yoga Studio, Bangor, at the back of Asda (2b Castle Square, just off Market Street, next door to The Laundry Chute)

Everyone welcome 🤗
