This patient came to see Mr Bond with a mark on her forehead that had been present since birth. It was diagnosed as a sebaceous naevus and removed under local anaesthetic.

To help achieve the best possible scar, Botox® was used to reduce tension on the wound during healing. Once the stitches were removed, Dr de Wolf treated the area with fractionated CO₂ laser to support scar maturation and optimise the final result.

These photos were taken just four months apart. The scar will continue to soften and fade over the coming months, but we're already delighted with the progress—and most importantly, so is our patient.

During consultation, we used a dermatoscope to assess the lesion and diagnose an angioma.

Following assessment, both the angioma and the surrounding thread veins were treated in a single session, achieving these results.
