Men's Health Week, 15 - 21 June 2026.

This Men's Health Week has got us thinking about the small things we could do daily to be more proactive about our wellbeing and treat ourselves like we do our loved ones - with care.

We're started with the stepping and have been making strides (eh - see what we did there?!) to smash the daily 10,000 steps. Today we added 3 small actions to our habit stack to boost both mental and physical health:
💧Hydrate - Research shows that drinking water supports brain function, prevents physical fatigue, regulates body temperature, and flushes toxins. We're aiming for an extra glass of water per day.
🧘Stretch - Stretching releases muscular tension while triggering your body's relaxation response - it also helps us limber up ahead of an intense massage session meaning you guys get a better service!
💆Massage - It's what we love so we're going to do more of it but also - we've booked a well overdue one for us, just 'cause!

That's how we're taking small steps to a better more healthy tomorrow but what about you? Are you trying anything new this week to boost your wellbeing?
